This hotel suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, fitness center, and free parking are amazing. On my first stay, the staff helped with a late departure, which I truly appreciated. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

The staff was responsive and efficient, assisting me with printing documents and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Scottsdale's dining scene does not disappoint! Loved the close proximity to La Torretta Ristorante for a cozy Italian vibe and Tokyo Joe's for some quick, healthy sushi. The staff was outstanding, helping us with anything we needed and even moving our bags!

However, the rooms felt a bit dated and could use a freshen-up, not to mention a squishy shower situation that made me rethink my bathing plans.

I really appreciated the welcoming staff, especially Abigail who went out of her way to help me when I needed scissors, and the hotel is just a less than 5-minute walk to Maggiano's Little Italy for delicious dining options.

The breakfast could use improvement, lacking some variety and quality.

The pool area was perfect for lounging, especially the saltwater pool. The location is super convenient for local attractions.

The room we stayed in was a Non-Smoking King Balcony Suite, featuring a lovely balcony with views overlooking the pool area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, even helping us extend our stay during a tough time. The saltwater pool was refreshing and clean.
